    F4 gone, Hyper sold...New touring bike

    I've now officially consolidated to one street bike. Picked it up Saturday at Eastern Cycle. Logged 300 miles this weekend on it. It's a blast to ride. Very responsive and stable...with endless power. Very happy with the choice.

    Very nice, congrats on the new wheels. Streetfighter's got primo looks and tons-o-torque (though the ergos-fit wasn't my cup o' tea). I'd love to see one on the track, though.

    Well, I'll need to fit sliders, etc., before I get it to the track. Though I'd like to see how it feels at the track. Ergos work well for me...and I haven't noticed the heat shield so many people complained about. It's a function of my foot position (more like track/racing). It's not in the way at all.

    Hyper is amazing. I almost went for the EVO SP...pricing was a bit better on the Streetfighter, and I like the extra torque.

    Thanks, man. I had seat and tank disinfected before I picked it up.

    Traded the F4 to Eastern. Private sale was coming up as a dead end. Eastern gave me a very fair price. I've known those guys for a long time and like doing business with them.

    Man I was up there picking up an oil filter Saturday - sweet bike, very very nice - they had alot of sweet bikes up there to drool over.

    Enjoy it - I never see anyone riding streetfighters - good choice!

    I am loving this bike - took a little getting used to the seating position in the turns - but it is a blast.

    Every time I look at the Streetfighter I change my mind about its looks. I sat on one a couple weeks ago and settled on "almost like it." but your picture makes it look very nice. Maybe I just don't like the front? I don't really like the newer monster's looks either, compared to the older ones....

    Im gonna go back in and ride your F4...ya know, put my ballsack on that one too....j/k

    I recently sold my F4 as well....looking to get into a more upright bike like you. Its either a Brutale or the Streetfighter...(hoping to meet up with Slammp to check his Brutale out soon) But I did think the Streetfighter was awesome! Gido said I needed to ride both before I made my decision.....

    Anyways, Im sure you will love it. Im also sure you will be a bit sad selling the F4 as I am. Good Luck!
