My Harley Davidson Rider's Edge site just got certified for the Skilled Rider Course.
I'd like to run an NESR only ERC (actually called SRC for Rider's edge).
1 day, use your own bike (must be insured and registered and inspected), about $150. If you only have a permit, passing this WILL get you your license.
This would be mid-week. Probably a tuesday or wednesday during the day. Dartmouth, MA will be the location. 12 spots available.
interest?

btw, toocrazy2you, this is MANDATORY for you. I'll turn your opinion of MSF around.
I did this with degs. Before nesr, before Boston Moto, look at me now. Ok, don't use me as an example.
It's worth it for the insurance discount alone. Let alone the refresher on the fundamentals.

Close your eyes, look deep in your soul, step outside yourself and let your mind go.
I'd be interested.
I think I have to wash what's left of my hair that day Deggs, but tx. Hey, I got no real problem with MSF per se' but real problems with how Apex of Northern Va. ran it for $400.00. Peeps got personal around here about that, I got personal back, but it's cool now, no worries. Hey, for someone that never threw a leg over a bike, MSF teaches the basics that us oldsters picked up the first year on our own and on the street. I did ok over the years but I know plenty that didn't do so ok and it was the basics that got em. Besides, I just flipped my license from Va., got my Massachusetts D/M on an even swap, so I'm legal now.
I like discounts on insurance but I'm flat outta discounts with State Farm, multi-vehicle, homeowner's, thirty years biking, 37 year driving, no accidents, tickets, claims, bike's got ABS and a security system, multi-vehicle and the MSF ticket from Va., even on a $14,000 bike full coverage, max liability and coverages up here it's only costing me a little over half a grand up here.
Tell ya what, lemme know where the course is, I'll fill my Givi trunk with ice and beer and bring it out at the end of the day.
I'm interested but won't be able to take a week day off for at least 3-4 weeks.
Lobstah! How many lobstahs fit in a Givi trunk and the sidebags on a C-14? Kinda like, how many jellybeans fit in Rosie O'Donnell's head?![]()
