    mmmm, I can ride again!

Well, I went to court today and got 2 violations for a total of $415 reduced to 1 violation for $215 So I can go back to riding a lot now (I was taking it easy to avoid the 3 tickets in 1 year=30 day liscence suspension crap that MA has). But now I'm back to a 1-ticket buffer, and I can ride without the fear of losing my liscence for a silly 40 in a 30 zone ticket or something stupid like that. I've never been so happy to have to pay $215 and get nothing in return

But when we ride very fast motorcycles, we ride with immaculate sanity. We might abuse a substance here and there, but only when it's right. The final measure of any rider's skill is the inverse ratio of his preferred Traveling Speed to the number of bad scars on his body. It is that simple: If you ride fast and crash, you are a bad rider. If you go slow and crash, you are a bad rider. And if you are a bad rider, you should not ride motorcycles.

    glad to hear it, Matt.

hey, I'm headed out toward MM in a bit to try on some jackets... should be done by 6-ish. wouldn't mind riding 'round your part of the state for a bit before I head home, if ya happen to show up.

if not, I'll prolly see what kind of mischief I can get up to on my own...

's okay... found a few interesting roads off of 27N to play on, got started scrubbing in the new front tire.

found a couple that I liked, but they're gonna hafta wait 'til I get some more cabbage. this trip was largely to figure out which size I've ballooned out to in the past coupla years, for some stuff I'm buying online.

anyway: glad to hear you were celebrating your newly regained freedom the right way... on the road

Just remember that if you get any written warnings, that they count just like tickets for that 3 in a year bull shit....

Some times they'll check your record and then give you a written warning so that you think you got away with something and then you get another or a ticket and there goes the riding out the window....

Info is from a source in the police department ( good friend ), also written warnings cannot be "fixed" they go straight to the RMV and on your record....

Just thought you might like to know....

    My 2 cents...

lousy bastards... that's lame. Fortunately I don't have any written warnings yet. How 'bout out-of-state tickets? Do they count?
