Ok, so the pump is working. The fuel pump relay, TO switch, kill switch, and side stand relay are working. The speedo is showing the bike is in Neutral. And still no sign of life to the fuel pump. The CHEC light is on when the ignition is turned ON. The rev needle goes up and down, but no sign of pump priming or the STVA doing anything.
Any suggestions? I've done a ton of research online. Seems there have been more than a few people with similar issues.

Do you have a wiring diagram? You could try jumping power down the line until nothing happens, at least then you would know it was between A and B.

I'm pretty sure the wiring diagram is in the service manual. Even with the manual I'm not sure if I know how to bypass things.
This bike is going to be track bike only. So there isn't much concern for keeping all the wires if I don't have to.
Follow the wires back from the pump. Every place you see a way to unplug them do it and apply power back towards the pump. Just make sure you are using the correct amount of power, you don't want to cause more problems than you already have. If you are nervous about that than you could always ohm it out and see if there are any dead spots.
