Besides the horrible comentators, and shitty video producing. i.e. while the battle for first between Stoner and Rossi was going on they kept switching feed to shot of the pit crews, and Hayden ass mount camera.

That was one of the best battles I've seen all season!!!!Those guys put it all on the line and fought like warriors!!!

to help those of us out who dont have tv. Did Rossi win that battle?

I guess im the minority here but Im rooting for Rossi. Im tired of Stoner domination.

    Thanks in advance!

For starters, the commentators and camera work really was absolutely horrible.

Secondly, the battle for first was amazing... and was looking to stretch the length of the race had Stoner not run wide and dump into the runoff. I'm just glad he was able to maintain 2nd. He deserved that much for the fight he was putting up. I am however glad that Rossi picked up another win, as I'm a huge Rossi fan. And what was the deal with the commentator calling Rossi "Vallie"... could he have made himself sound more like a fucking ignorant retard?

I was also extremely dissapointed to see Lorenzo out of the race so early with another huge highside.

Aside from the great racing between Stoner and Rossi you know what was totally cool was to see the onboard telemetry comparison between the two.

They showed Throttle % and Braking %. If you noticed Stoner on the Duc he uses his controls like on/off switches... literally it was like either on throttle or off, same with the brake. If you recorded it go back and look at this. It was totally incredible how Ducati has the electronics working on that bike. Even more incredible that Stoner can trust that stuff the way he does.

Actually best of all was seeing Rossi just take total command of the situation and force Stoner to ride over his head! Great race!

As a bike newb, this was the first time I was psyched to watch these guys go at it, so when I say that was the best I have seen, I haven't seen much.

I was amazed at how those guys turned it up to "11" and kept those bikes on the track. When they went through the corkscrew I thought we were going to loose both of them, that was amazing.

A shame stoner mess up, that would have been intense cat and mouse for the last part of race.

yeah, i was looking foward to a killer battle in the closing laps...awesome race, shame about the last 9 laps.

as usual the commentators and coverage in general sucked. they didn't even replay lorenzos highside till 3/4 of the way through the race. it's depressing to see the level of coverage that goes into a NASCAR or IRL race and than see the crappy thrown together job they do for the GP. if something awesome happens in a car race we get to see it from 64 differant angles and run at slow motion, super slow motion, normal speed and even with computer graffics. meanwhile rossi pulls off the hero pass of the year in the corkscrew and i only get to see it once!!!

Or we see the same lame ass michael jordan move 20 years later, etc...
then they wonder why their viewer watching is down.

It's simply because with a NASCAR race, if something interesting happens they have 50000 more boring fucking oval laps of nothingness to burn up, so they basically have to show a big crash or pass over and over again to keep viewers interested.

It was an awesome pass to live at the top of the Corkscrew yesterday. Rossi was dirt tracking it, I thought fo sure he was done for.
