Dude, thats a girls bike.
You suck at life. Why don't you quit?
My dad told me I could be anything I wanted when I grew up. So I became an Asshole.
Looks like a weeping head gasket.
650 single? Savage? Very low seat height. Easy to ride. Slow.
A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. - John Stuart Mill
Oh wait! Are you talking about the vacume cleaner? Yeah thats perfect for a girl.

assuming it's a savage; single cyl engine, low seat height, peppy. downside is top speed, vibration, slower turn speeds. look for the usual, leaking seals, buring oil poor up-keep, honda ft 500 is a better single as is the srx 600. even a kawa 550 (kx or gpz) is a better model that you won't outgrow and will keep up while still being easy to ride. i know it's a short list and there are PLENTY of cycles that fit the bill.... depends on what you want, are willing to fix or have fixed. As always I think condition is the determining factor in price.

Sounds cool. I am not sure when I am actually going to be purchasing a bike as I have to save up for a bit. While doing so, I'll be taking the state offered safety class. If I can pass that, I automatically get my license. Then I figure in a couple seasons, once I am more comfortable riding, I may make the investment of something new. For now I just need something to tool around on.

looks clean, and sounds like a good way to get into motorcycling
I don't recommend any of the older bikes linked to above...for a new rider, a mechanical nightmare can either get you killed or make you hate bikes forever
Buying an SV would be one thing, but buying that belt driven monstrosity in that pic would be a waste
