Well I don't know if any Rhode Islander's have any dealings with these guy's but, Honda/Suzuki world in Warwick has been great to me ( I guess it doesn't hurt that I spent near 30,000 with in 8 months with them). When I was in the market for a new bike I was told to stay away from them. A couple of friends said how they where not customer focused. I walked in asked some questions and got to know the guy's and they have been excellent to me ever since advise, opinions, and service.
OMG:

Well I had bought a 03' GSXR 1000 at the begining of June on july 13th I totalled it. Then They had one left so I bought that one and chromed the hell out of it... Plus I added few of mods.
BCM in laconia, Bruce and the gang up there are the best......great service, cool people, and love to talk shop all day long.
Though I am one of the newbies, I will have to say that Depot Honda treated me great with my new purchase. I wanted the "04" CBR1000RR and had been looking at it for months while in Iraq. John the sales manager was willing to reserve the first one in for me, but was straight with me that delivery could be delayed and I may lose a lot of the riding season. With that, he showed me a number of brand new bikes that he had on the floor and worked a great deal for the 954 that I got.
Now for the ones who do all of their own work, this may not be appealing, but they also gave me a good deal on their "Pit Pass" program which takes care of my first six services to include pick up and drop off of my bike as well as unlimited oil changes for three years. All that means to me is more time to ride and less time to wait around drinking coffee watching the day go by while I am waiting for my bike to get finished.![]()

Hey Nikon, Don better be nice to everyone there, because he owns the place.
I am sure they can be bad to some people just like anywhere else, but they will come thru on the pricing of new bikes if you do cash deals.
