Depot Honda/Kawasaki in Rye, NH

Anyone have any dealings with this dealership or the service department? My SuperHawk had a small electrical issue earlier today while we were down the road and I dropped it off there. I started smoking from under my rear cowl and found that a wire in the plug into what I think is an ECU unit was burnt out. I'm out the bike for the next week and a half until they can see it... I"m just wondering what thier reputation is. Thanks in advance all!!!

I used to buy parts from them, had them mount a tire once or twice, never had any complaints. That was a while ago though. Hope it works out for yah...

that sucks, getting stuck into having to use an unknown dealer, and having smoke come from your ride isn't exactly a good day either.
Happened to me last fall, last ride of the year. shredded a rear tire and had to get a new one at the closest dealer. Still looking for the gold infusion on those tires....
