    My first thought was CBR900, but the forks are wrong.

    But then, radial mounts weren't standard on a ZX-7 either.

    What ever it is, its just a mess.

    I had a 95 zx7 and that frame looks "newer".

    Definitely not a ZX7. ZX7's had a hydraulic clutch, that has a cable. It is actually a 636, 2003-2004. The ram air duct is blocked by the headlight. I only know this because I have one and I work on frames for a living. You can also tell by the small front rotors.
