Aside from the Google translator hilarity, those are some sweet custom bikes.

I was in Japan in the summer and I was amazed at the number of Honda Cubs on the street (followed shortly thereafter by Yamaha SR 400 & 500s). They were everywhere, doing everything, a super utilitarian bike that time forgot.
