Well I thought since Wayne (FireNutzRR) had his own thread about his bling a while back, I should have my own as well.
I just got back from Naults Ducati in Manchester with my new mirrors. I picked up the clutch pressure plate and cover last week when I was up there. Now all I need to do is install this stuff and wait for spring.
By the way, if anyone is shopping around for Michelin Pilot Powers, Scotty @ Naults Manchester Ducati said he could do a set for $288 plus installation. I thought it was a pretty good deal.

Looks good, Tim!!!
I have been trying to figure out what I will be doing with my Duc to keep up with you guys and I think that I might order a CF belly pan and a CF tail section painted to match my Ducati yellow. Also, some new rearsets and a new rear shock.

Those are some nice pieces John. If I may sound like a broken record, I noticed some carbon body panels behind the counter @ Naults. You might want to check them out. Scotty has been ordering some great shit ever since they broke away from Naults Honda.
Are you looking to do an Öhlins rear shock? I loved mine on the 996, though they are a bit pricey.
Because the finish of carbon fiber quickly oxidizes unless it is painted or clearcoated over. During the riding season, I have to wax all of my carbon fiber every week if I want it to look good. Some people don't want to wax every week, so they paint.Originally posted by bigred875
why would you paint carbon fiber?
All of the CF peices that I am planning on getting are clearcoated.

I'm not sure yet, I am not a good enough rider to be able to fully appreciate an Ohlihns but I do notice that the standard Sachs shock does get somewhat spongy, especially during track days. So, I am really just looking for a reasonably priced shock (NOT CHEAP!!).Are you looking to do an Öhlins rear shock? I loved mine on the 996, though they are a bit pricey.

thanks. I can't wait to get them all on. I'm still waiting for my stainless zinc plated clutch springs and billet spring retainers to arrive so I can install this all.Originally posted by bigred875

The mirrors are kinda expensive, but I got a great deal on them (they ended up costing less than a set of the Ducati Performance Billet mirrors, though the list on the CF mirrors is higher than the billet).
By the way Wayne, Scotty is working with me on getting a custom finished part specifically to out-do a similar piece that you recently purchased. The funny thing is that it was his idea. I'll leave you in suspense until you actually see the part installed on the bike
I may out-do you yet Wayne-o

They are great guys. I love going in there, except when Scotty shows me some new shit that they just got in, which usually happens every time I stop in.They actually seem to enjoy their work and don't try to screw you over like in other dealerships. I usually hate talking to dealer guys, but I love talking with Scott and Kyle. They know their shit.
The coolest thing lately was the new WSB Fila Replica he has. I'm not a big Ducati fan, but that bike is THE SHIT.
Full Ohlins, Marchenessi, carbon bodywork and the full decal scheme just WORKS.

Wayne would win with his exhaust, rear sets, and belt covers. I'm just making sure that my bike looks as different as possible from Wayne's.
HA! Thats NOTHING!
Franken-bike's exhaust is held on with a automobile muffler clamp - bling bling mothafuckas...
I'm thinking of splurging and buying a carbon fiber YZF sticker for it.....

That is some serious bling..!
I hope you guys are like 140lbs/5% body fat if you think you need those carbon body pieces! Those are insanely expensive...
Who is going to get this first?

I'll pass on the CF toilet seat.
Thanks for sharing that piece of bling, Ben!

Allow me to point out the fact that I bought my bike before Wayne ever even knew what a Monster S4R was. I tried to talk him into buying a red one, but Noooo!! He had to have the same color as ME!!Originally posted by SEVENSGT
