Hey All - One of the garage bay in the building I rent my garages from has become available. These are not mine, I rent from the owner. I get nothing from this other then wanting to keep the units rented to people I somewhat know. Which is why I posted here instead of the for sale/wanted. I coveted one of these garages for years before I finally got one!!
Here are the details:
Garage Bay (your own locked door), about 10ftx20ft, Inside the garage its open bay (no wall separate the spaces). But with the exception of one vintage car, everyone in there is a rider or racer. The down side, no electric and no running water. Rent is $150/mo. The garages are are located in Fort Point Channel between Congress Street and Broadway (SoBo).
