and besides just because there's a pad under your shit doesn't mean you can whine and shit like a shitty ass woman on the rag and shit use your weak ass legs like a man a CAFE RACER MAN shit man your legs are more than two lumps of shit used to protect your shit

If you're riding with your finger on the brake lever all the time, take it off while you're just cruising. I find that my hands get a lot more tired if I have my fingers on the levers all the time (I only use my middle fingers). When riding around town it's never a problem, but sitting on the highway for extended periods fatigues my hands faster. I do the left arm on the tank or hold the tank with my knees to keep weight off my hands.
Good form for riding means that your lower arms should be parallel to the ground. Your back and abs will hurt at first, but you get used to it.
even with my 50 lb keg up front I can still do a 565 mile jaunt in one day .... no wrist pain and no back ache and yes it was on the cbr 1k

i knew where you were coming from, just being sarcastic. i do alot of strongman/powerlifting so i do alot of core work and back work so i know the problem wasnt there. ive been adjusting my body position accordingly over the past few months so ill try a few more things that have been suggested.

Some of the replies are right. It's about body positioning. The problem is with some of the seats. So when you're leaning forward, all your weight are on your hands. Force yourself to lean backward taking some of the weight off your hand. Or do what I do, rest my six pack on the gas tank, putting some of my weight on the tank and not my hand.
Otherwise, get a cruiser.

You could simply pull your hand off the throttle and drop your arm down to rest and shake a little blood back into your hand. Hey, you have to slow at some point. Otherwise, all of the other suggestions work.

Has anyone mentioned pulling over and giving yourself a stranger??![]()
I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the orthopedic thingy that goes on your wrist to help this, can't remember what it is called but search threw moto gear rags and you will find it
Also I have carpel tunel/tendinitis in both wrists from my line of work and feel your pain. Change the position of your clip-ons. ever since I swapped to clip-ons from dirt bike bars I have had no complaints. I rode a S2R monsta today for 40mins and I was in severe pain after half the ride due to the dirt bike bars. Its a good thing the fun of being back on a duc had me smiling again![]()
~ Life passes most people by while they're busy making grand plans for it.~
the reverse sit up has many names one being the 'good morning' another is the 'roman sit up'
btw unless your 'gordie howe' and have 17 inch forearms your legs are the largest muscle group (ya ya i know for some of you its your cawk) and if ya haven't noticed we as bipeds use them when sitting, standing, walking, and yes we should use them when riding a motorcycle ...... besides when is the last time you watched the handstand marathon
my point is better body positioning ...... riding is an active sport move around be free and play CAFE RACER MAN
youll forget about your wrist in no time because your having too much fun!
