Paint or leave it?

Something i've though about and talked about for a while now. Should i paint the lowers on the 04 R1 red to match the rest of the bike or leave it alone? I was thinking paint the lowers red and match the YAMAHA decal color to the color of the R1 decal?

i would def do it. that was the biggest reason i went with the silver over the red. if the whole thing was that red it would be the tits

i vote leave it that dark color. i think it makes some nice lines with the tail section really stand out!

Personally I'd leave it. The reason being that they left it the dark color for a reason, and that reason is that it masks all the dirt and crap that fly up off the road onto your lowers.

However, since I seem to remember you waking up early last 'stock to wash your bike down every morning, that may not pose (NPI) as much a problem for you as it would me
