If you look down, you go down. That may be fun at an orgy, but it sucks on a bike

They do not carry them at brockton cycle, at least not the nitrous gloves. You might try Bettencourt's?

The Nitrous are a great glove as i have said before,.... Alex i wouldn't stear you wrong you'll be happy with those i promise. Someone in here directed to Mummytard you can pick up those gloves for 77 bucks which is cheap. Theirry you can pick them up at Mummytards for 77 well worth the dough.

oh ya,...sorry bud. I think theres a break in time needed for any leather gloves....the ones ive bought anyway. Although the nitrous gloves were perfect the first time i put them on. Bought a pair of shifts they were a little stiff and snug at first but after about 5 rides they were perfect.

I just tried the Nitrous gloves at the Javits Center show and ordered some online. I'm very happy with the way they feel. I was always a Held guy, but these are almost as nice for less money, IMO.

I'm glad to hear that. Protection for my hands is important but I just don't have $150+ to shell out. Plus a few others complained about how the Helds didn't feel quite right.

    Opinions on Moto GP Gloves?

Hmmm.... I'm in a market for new gloves. Looking at pretty much all of them, I narrowed my search to 3 of them. That is:
    1. Moto GP Nitrous
    2. AStars SP-1
    3. Astars GP- Plus (2007)

I heard good things about Nitrous and SP-1 gloves which are in about the same price range ($75-85) Recently I looked up alpinestars gp-plus gloves on their website. I really like that design they did for 2007, but it's kind of pricey ($160). Damn it, I really want the .....well....of course... the most expensive one in my list, that is #3

Hey I ordered a pair of Moto GP RPM gloves from New Enough for like
$35 buck or something. I needed a extra pair of gloves for
    the street.

I sent them back. They are thin leather, more like a dress glove than protection. I wasn't expecting a racing glove but they seemed
    rather flimsy to me.

I'll look at the Nitrous model.

Found the Nitrous gloves on eBay for $75 + $13 S&H:

eBay Motors: MotoGP Moto GP Nitrous Gloves - NEW - 4 colors, 5 sizes (item 170076241718 end time Feb-05-07 19:38:30 PST)

I just might jump on the bandwagon. My Joe Rocket Honda gloves are ok, but never really got really comfortable.

I've got a brand new pair of Held's that I have to sell.

They are beautiful and fit great... just a tad too small.

They are size 9, all black. Original retail was over $250. I'll take $125 delivered to your door with money back guarantee if they don't fit.

A size 9 would be between a Medium and a Large. Basically, measure around your palm, just above where your thumb attaches. If it's about 9 inches, these should fit.

I don't screw around when it comes to gloves. Trust me that you won't find better protection than these. Equal maybe... but not better.

I am scrambling to find another pair, but can't find the right size for anything less than $200 delivered.

I tried on the Nitrous gloves at the expo in NYC as well, and while they were certainly nice, for my hand size in particular, they were just a bit too long on the fingers, even with my hand wrapped in an "on the bar" position. Probably going to go with another set of the A* GP-Plus's, as I'd like the pinky/ring finger bridge again, along with the armored knuckles. Wonder why they revised that for 07 though? The 05's I have are all hard armor on every knuckle.

Ya,... the GP'S from 05 were nice. Tough to get them anywere now. The only place that has a few leftovers is Monstrano they have red ones left. Pretty cheap too. Nice glove i wish they didn't change them either i don't like the 07's.

Guys, you don't like '07 gp plus'es? It's the one I'd really like to get. Looks like it has good protection with thermoplastic ( or whatever they call that ) on knuckles and fingers which is supposed to be better than carbon. The other thing, the design and looks are the best IMO.

on second thought, maybe you shouldn't get them from MotoMummy. It appears as if they are on back-order. It's no big deal really since it's winter so it might be worth the price savings.

Odd, thats different than I've been seeing. Must be the 06's then still up on kneedraggers.com. Those do look fairly nice, not sure that the armor on EVERY finger is critical, but I suppose I'd rather see it there than not.

I guess they just came out since I haven't seen these anywhere else but AStars website ( and I did look everywhere- since I'm considering buying a pair )

Thats what i was thinking,... maybe there not on the market yet. Those are real nice. I don't think those are 06 they look like something new.

149.00 not bad i'll have to add those to the collection.
