oval track off 495?

Hey all, i was just on highway 495 towards the cape. At around exit 14 i thought i noticed some sort of oval shaped track. Was i seeing things?

but I swear I've seen cars on it before. and if I remember correctly its banked and I don't think harness racing is done on banked tracks. I guess I'm imagining shit.

No there's a car track out their somewhere between Wrentham and Foxboro. I see it all the time. Small track all 4 corners are banked and I have seen cars on it.

Pretty sure the horse track, on Rt.1, is the only thing around there.

Yup, just looked at the map. The horse track is on exit 14.
The only time vehicles are on that is to groom the track for the horses. 30+ years ago, that was the parking area for dirt bike riding.

I took that exit for work for 6 months before I ever realized there was a track there, I did the same thing as you lol

They don't do standard horse racing, the only racing I've seen going on there is harness. Also, they have off track betting there, so you will always find a slew of big ol caddys and crown vics driven by old gambling farts trying to navigate rt 1 getting there.
