    First service on my bike!

    Woohoo!! I brought my bike for her first service tonight...she'll stay at the hospital until probably wednesday...she has almost 4000 miles on it so it was long overdue. She will be ready for the big ride on Saturday! Yeah!

    First service on my bike!

    In my manual, Kawasaki says it is ok for me to change my oil but I have to take it to an authorized service center in order to change the oil filter . Apparently they do not trust us common folk to remove 6 fairing screws and then turn the oil filter counter clockwise.

    lol...I did my oil change quiet a few times, didn't bring it to the dealer. But I guess the bike needed a whole service done, it was making a little rattling noise, not sure if it was normal. So they will flush fluids, do a valve adjustment, check all the bolts, oil the chain and I don't know what else...they said there is a lot to be doneon the bike.
