Finally got around to pulling the flame decals off the step daughter. Now I don't have that "It's so slow it's on fire" look anymore. Need some new mirrors and signals, as well as a fender shave now.

If you're looking for in-depth walkthroughs for a Ninja 250, I've found ninja250.org's FAQ area to be extremely helpful. The members there have compiled 20 years of experience to write walkthroughs for A to Z Ninja 250 modifications. My '04 has cleaned up very well from stock pretty easily.
