Just wondering if anybody was using them and how there holding up.

They're great. But what is your idea of holding up? Are you looking to get maximum traction or maximum mileage... (*hint... you can't have both...)

I've gone thru a couple sets of 2ct's. Got a reg. PP on the back now and a 2CT up front.
I really am happy with the 2ct's i like the profile of the PP line the best.
I am noticing some bubbling on the center of my front tire now though. I know in 07 they had a recall on the 2CT's because of a defect in the glue that adhears the rubber to the carcass. My girlfriend (at the time) had a set of the recall ones and it looked pretty similar to what is going on with my tire only her's was a lot more severe than mine is. I know they fixed the problem at the time.
I like them alot. But are comparable to BT-016s, DC IIIs.
All multi compound and high performance oriented.
On the street they maybe a bit overkill but
they stick like glue. Really great in the rain too. Some folks
use them as cheap rains at the track.
On the track at the limit they can tend to not give
great feedback when traction is about break loose.
On the street I wouldn't worry about this.
Also if you run them at too low a pressure they will
get greasy and be used up very fast. Both I know from
experience.
They seem to be happy at 36 psi street
and 30-32 psi track (cold)
I can get maybe 4-5 k of mileage on the rear.
That's even with several track days thrown in.
Going with a regular PP in the rear sounds like a good
strategy like JC says. On an F4i they should last a good long time.

I had 72000 miles on my ST2 and have 18000 on my Multi. Granted, they're not full out sport bikes but I ride em pretty hard and did a few track days on the ST2 as well. I have tried every freekin' tire known to man. And every one gives me about 5000 miles on the rear. (I always change em in pairs but the rears always wore out first)
HERES THE NEWS...
I just took off a pair of the Dunlop Road Smarts with 6200 miles on em. And there was probably another 4 or 5 hundred miles. This is a significant improvement in my mind.
Traction...all I needed. And they really didnt start to flat spot until the last 500 miles.

Pirelli Corsa III
Same price point, at least equal performance, and the softer shoulder compound on the CIII extends further up towards the center than on the PP2CT, so you'll get more use out of it.
