Who rode in today?

Every day I get more and more sure I want to get a nice set of gerbings... Now, only to get off my ass... This whole week has been cold as hell riding... at least this morning it was above 35...

i have too many open projects and not enough time... so i winterized the bike already, one less distraction to keep me from getting the jeep done.

Under normal situations, i would still be riding this time of year.

I rode in on monday with my Gerbing. It was like it was 70 out.

I had to send it back to get it resized since i'm such a skinny bastard so I couldn't ride in today

I rode into today and monday without my gerbing..

It's only 10 miles... I don't really get cold enough to need it, plus the traffic sucks ass. Between the heated grips and the regular gear and a sweater, etc.. I warm back up if traffic stops.

The pavement was COLD this morning though... I think I painted darkies on a few tight 90 degree corners.

Holy Christ!

I rode from Lowell to Manchester last night, it was 34 degrees out. I froze my effing everything off. I dropped the bike off to be stored for the winter. All I have to say was holy christ it is effing cold out, well not today of course because I rode yesterday.

On the way up to Manch some fuck in an old beat up ford tempo decided it would be smart to cut me off while he was going 100. Fortunetly my friend was following me in his 3000GT and took care of the stupid fuck so he would not think about cutting a bike off again.

I haven't intentionally but last year when I lived in Waltham and worked in Boston it was quicker and easier on the bike. I rode all year. I got caught in the snow a couple of times.

It's not as bad as you think.

used to ride my dirt bike in snow all the time...never riden street bikes. last year i saw this dude on a BMW sport tourer riding in MAJOR snow. like schools were shut down and shit. he was going about 10 mph dragging both feet the whole time. he gets serious hawdkoah points.
