Yeah, I wish I could wheelie like thisFriggen dirtbikes

Yamaha
That was just plain silly!
hehe I sometimes like to see if I can figure out where some of these videos were shot... just for the heck of it.
I figured out where this one was shot.
This was shot in Mesquite Texas. on I-635 going South starting just before exit 4.
If I can figure it out... the cops DEFINITELY can figure it out. This is why I don't video myself doing anything illega(I never do anything illegal anyway..)l... a posted video gives them too many clues.
You can see during the practice session... a sign that says "Resistol Arena" ... Googled it... found the town. and the arena.... Looked at the road sign near the end of the vid... and it said "Lake June" for exit 2.
Crossreferenced the exit numbers/names with route numbers in the Mesquite Texas area. Bam!!! I-635 Southbound.
Yeah I know this info doesn't mean anything. Just mentioning that video of yourself doing something illegal and posting it is like asking to get caught.
Who knows... they could probably reference recently registered/stickered blue dirtbikes in the area and get a REALLY small list of names.
Careful showing off!

RIP A.B. RIP BEET, I Ride in Leathers because I would rather sweat than Bleed...
Gumshoe.... filming illegal acts like this end up falling into loop holes in court. If you own the film, the police department can't necessarily use it against you. It falls into that whole "you can't incriminate yourself" law.
If you get a half decent lawyer, Johnny Law got nothing on you.

In regards to incriminating yourself: It only applies to testimonial evidience. A video tape could be used against you. The 5th only applies to testfying against yourself. I can remember more than once the cops busting kids for vandilism and finding a tape of the kids doing it. The tape gets used in court against them.
Does anyone else want to romp over those rolling grassy and gravel highway shoulders, on a dirtbike?
What if you own a production company and the company legally owns the footage. Does the police need to have permission from the production company to use it in court? I am pretty sure the police can't use someone else's private property, without the consent of the owner, to prosecute someone.Originally posted by pablo

unless maybe they purchase a copy?
One time I saw this video of a gentleman who crashed his motorbike through a garage door. I wonder if he ever did any time behind bars for destruction of property.![]()

you call that a wheelie?
you guys actually think the police would waste their time trying to find people doing wheelies in videos?? they have much bigger fish to fry IMO![]()
Nope... I don't... but if the circumstances change where he wheelies into someone and injures/kills somebody at a later date... it would not be good for his defense if this is out there.
