Hey R7, is this your old bike? Didn't you sell it to some guy in Cali?

That can't be good can it? Or is there a way to store a bike that long without major issues?

Nope, not mine. The one I had was at around 12,000 miles when I sold it. The guy that bought mine was from San Diego, Cali and last I knew he sold it to another guy in San Diego...I remember seeing it on the Aprilia forum recently.
Seems like a great bike and great price in the add you posted...wish I kept mine!

That is one of my dream bikes. Has been since it was made. If I had the cash I would already be on a flight to go put 3000 miles on it to bring it home.

So long as it's stored correctly, should be no issue other than old tired.
