Death Of An American Superbike Team: Team Owner Says Mandated Electronics Killed Broaster Honda

Dont think he would whining if Honda had helped with the ecu. Understand his frustration with the issue. He tried like heck to make it work just didn't have the support he needed. Seems like Yamaha Suzuki have it figured out. Unless the factory's get involved superbike racing is difficult at best for those unconected. Even for the high end privateer.
Holy [shit that] was frustrating to [read], like, about the [electronics] stuff.
Sounds like Honda tried to help and that the hw/sw is just buggy as shit. What a nightmare. Hard to believe the level of apparent surprise when some Italians peaced out of office for the month of August though. They're famous for that shit.

^^ seems like a lot of these electronics are finicky especially the oem street bike stuff being sensitive to changes. Like changing tire profile on the new cbr1000rr causes the blkipper not to work.
