Rear Stand in Hampton, NH area that I could use?

Hey all,

Wasn't sure if anyone in the local Hampton/seacoast area had a rear stand and some chain lube/cleaner that I could come borrow this weekend? I will pay you for it. My chain is in some serious need for a cleaning and I just found out that my rear stand I ordered is going to be backordered now. Really don't want to miss out on this great weather for the next few days.

I have a stand and lube/kerosene in Peabody, MA, about 30 minutes south of Hampton. Let me know.
