I have an '03 Bandit 1200. The rear shock sucks. It has virtually no adjustment and is overloaded just sitting there, so it really hates it when I load on three hard bags and my fat ass.
Can't seem to find much in the way of a replacement online. I'd like lots of little clicky things (technical term) and the ability to compensate for weight in the bags and/or a pillion rider.
Any suggestions?

For a band aid fix I put a hayabusa shock. It raises the tail for some more ground clearance and a bit more control over adjustability. If you've got the money though id go for one of the good aftermarket ones.
ELKA is another option, but will cost more, I believe.
