Why do all these idiots have almost infinite field/open space, and yet still start pointed right at a car, or wall, or person
Re: Reason Number 1 I don't let people ride my bike
This is typical ain't it? Bike jerked....rider held on the throttle...the rest is history.....

The crasher. His Focus has an automatic trans, no? Does he have a lot of experience working a clutch in any vehicle? Does he have any experience?
I'm guessing the idea of a manual clutch and a hand grip throttle are both new to him. He probably doesn't understand or have any feel for the friction zone of the clutch. Probably had trouble launching the bike. When it finally did launch he panicked and did not clutch in or release the throttle, never mind find the brake lever.

First off they violated the "two ball rule"
Secondly poor RVT
Third, how's the skin on the back of the passenger after that display of awesomeness....................
Re: Reason Number 1 I don't let people ride my bike
My first time on a bike, all I did was slip the clutch out without giving any throttle at all. It idled itself around the parking lot I was in. I don't quite understand why you wouldn't do that, or why you wouldn't instruct the person riding your bike for the first time to do that.

I agree. I have taught a few people to drive stick and I always start by drawing a basic picture and describing this.

Why look like a noob, putting around the lot, when you can show them all you're a total badass who nails it the first time?

That subreddit is as follows:
100% of people have brand new Ninja 300s
If they crash, the ONLY reason is "target fixation"
What a bunch of fucking ignorant dopes.
