    uh no. the medical personnel come to check if you're ok after a crash. the corner marshals do the flags. the other guy that came over to Colin might have been a flagger but we can't be sure but he wasn't pushing him.

    Did you watch the entire vid? He's clearly pissed at the officials.. the doctor just gets up in his face to make sure he's alright. He's approaching the official right at the end.
