Anybody use these guys before? I ordered a helmet from them 2 weeks ago and haven't received any kind of shipping confirmation, nvm actually having the helmet yet. Gave them a call, everytime I do I come into there main line connect to cs then it says they're busy and disconnect. Needless to say I'm not overly impressed with them so far.

If they have an options menu on the phone, just hit 0 a bunch of times. If you get a live person, be courteous when you explain your situation.
