Greetings,
Just recently purchased a tuneboy for my triumph 675 and want to modify my stock exhaust. What I want to do is cut my stock header attach a "burns" collector then a straight pipe to replace my cat and 02 sensor. A pic is below of what I want to do besides the "low" exhaust.
Any shops in my area Dartmouth/freetown/New Bedford that would beable to do the mock up and welding?

Lou's Custom Exhaust & Mufflers never used them but I see decals on cars and trucks all the time.
I know lous is real good on cars. I dont know about bikes tho.
Don't go to Lou's. That's where I went for the race 675 earlier this year. Paid far too much and it was a really bad job. Had to cut it apart again and have it done by my local fabrication and welding guys. All we wanted was the cat cut out and a new piece put on. Lou's did a BAD job. They are GREAT with trucks though!!
any other ideas?

Well, to expand on my last message.
1. the cat is not near any natural joins in the pipe. You have to cuta section out anyway. At that point, why bother trying to remove the cat material? Just replace the missing piece with a new piece if stainless.
2. I tried anyway, it killed 3 of my drills and nowhere near 1/8 of the way through before I said fuggit.
is adrenaline cycle still in buisness? they were a custom sportbike shop in seekonk on route 6. they specilized in streached, chromed, and lowered crap, but i'm sure they could hook you up...if they are stilll around.
That looks easy enough. Pretty sure I could do it no problem (especially with the collector already fabricated) but your quite a hike from me.

Call Creative Cycle in Westport and tell them that Nelson from Rekless referred you, I can almost guaranty they can do what you need.
Yeah either Paul or Adam are great guys and are as helpful as can be. Good luck!
BTW I was there Sunday and saw some Tony's Track Day pamphlets so it looks like someone has infiltrated their shop before lol
No problem man let me know how you make out.
