Anyone know whether RT9 is passable from I91 in Brattleboro, VT, through Keene, NH, to I89 just outside of Concord, NH?

Much appreciated. However, this is only for VT ... the trip on RT9 in VT is less than 1/2 mi. or so. Do they have one of these types of sites for NH?
