scooter stolen!

come outside today to see that my scooter miraculously turned itself on and drove away. called the cops, called insurance, thank god i have theft on it, but still...book value will suck.

scooter was stolen from dracut, black 2012 yamaha YW125 (zuma), 100% stock except for michelin tires. license plate 1j4583. thieves can lick my taint. that is all.

Only lock was the ignition lock. Magnetic, probably easy to defeat.

My season on two wheels is likely over. I'll be moving to NH next year, buying a bike now would hit me with sales tax, reg fees, excise... Etc, so unfortunately I'm done until a year from now. What a bitch. I could kill whoever stole it at the beginning of summer no less.

i live basically right on 110, 5 minutes outside of lowell, and those pieces of shit find their way here way too often. i can't wait to move to the sticks.

You see kids riding around Boston on unplated dirt bikes all the time in Boston, even an ATV on occasion. I see most of them near Franklin Park, I think if the police pursue them they just head for the hills.
