    The test I remember the most is getting up to about 35mph and then stopping withing a short area with cones and if you didn't put it in neutral like I went to first it was 5 pts off. You don't forget that!

    That must be a different program. That is not in the MSF program.

    In the quick stop evaluation - you accelerate, shift to second, then stop including a downshift to first gear, not neutral. Maybe your instructor needed some re-training, but there's no way the MSF course included a downshift to neutral when coming to a stop.
