Speeding Ticket REFUND!!!!

I just got a check in the mail from a NH speeding ticket .
I over payed by $10.00 on purpose .
So ,, do I cash it ? Or hold on to it ?
On some forums peeps have overpayed and the ticket was never closed causing it to stay open ( ? ) thus not showing up on your driving history .

So ??????

A friend of mine pulled that business to keep the finishing/suspending 3 points off his license for two years. It worked perfectly here in VT.

For the $10, I say dont cash it and see if the points show up on your license.

As I said, in the State of Vermont, it did work at one point. My friend kept posting the refund check (for .10 cents) on the wall of the shop we both worked at, and I *know* his license was about to be suspended, because I was with him in the accident that caused the last bunch of points.
