So my buddy Tim (mongo on this board) and I decided to take a ride out to Cape Cod for the annual bike blessing held by the Blue Knights. I usually go to the local blessing in Providence done by the Hell's Angels but I wanted to ride so we went to this one.
Typical New England weather, I got a sunbun on Saturday, but today we froze out asses off in high 40 degree weather with on and off showers. Id say the ride was about 1.5 hours each way maybe a little more. There wasnt much at the actual event besides tons of people and bikes.
Here are the pics.......
in my driveway before leaving the house at 7am
meeting up with some of Tim's friends, that is his 636
from there we went to a local bike shop and saw some more bikes
some pics of our bikes at the blessing, right on the beach, would have been awesome if the weather was nicer
nice shot looking down the beach
this is what you rode into the beach beneath, it was attached a firetruck ladder
some cool bikes that I liked. You will see some tricked out Busa's, nice paint jobs, pistol footpegs, etc
this is the priest who did the blessing
and let me tell you, this is only one example of the hardcore bikers that were there, I was scared for my safety

Nice pic's...even with the weather it looked like a good turn out. At least you guy's went. I know some people that wouldn't have left there house with clouds like that in the back ground.
1993 Honda CBR900RR
1990 Suzuki GSXR1100
1992 Kawasaki ZX750
1996 Honda F3 Trackbike
Nice turnout. I was thinking about going but I wanted to ride instead.
nice pics. i like the shot of that license plate mounted in front of the swingarm
;->
Nice...I was wondering what was going on in Cape Cod on Sunday...It seemed odd how many bikes I saw...I was down there doing a little golfing...and![]()

the third pic down at the bike shop you have a bunch of my members in there. they said there wasnt many people there so they headed down to the providence one.
my bikes still in the shop so i didnt get to go.
yeah I noticed the club sticker on some of the bikes. I guess alot of people usually meet up there at the bikeshop, but they were the only other ones there with us
yea everyone in that picture is actually in my club, lol. i guess theres some new poker run out of dartmouth so someone was saying alot of the people probably went to that instead.
Great Pix! Looks like some cool bikes. I like the last one the most![]()
I was down there as well. I was literally 3 bikes down from you.
shit really? What were you riding
I've seen both the white and blue busas before. I want to slap the owners........
Holy shit .......I'm BALD
haha nothing wrong with rolling burnouts.
i know the blue busa is sportbike kings from fms in franklin, and the yellow gixxer is tazz's from speedfreak, whos is the white busa? i know the guy who is painting my bike painted all those bikes though.
lol, even more fun... what are women and children more valuable than men?
buddy are you serious?
Id say a child would be at a disadvantage of being put in a situation that they couldnt get out of.....not fully aware of the danger, slower reaction times, etc
I agree.... they don't have the reaction time, or thought they adults do. Though, I'd hope the parents are smart enough to look out for the kids.
yea, if the idiots are in the middle of the road while cars and bikes are going by maybe they deserve to be run over.
however i think kids have more energy and are quicker than the adults, well depending on ages.
