I've heard horror storries of studded tires on pavement being just like ice
cool to do, but in reality there is some 14 yr old kid on a 250f that would smoke them.

pretty sweet, though fred durst killed it kinda... I woulda liked to of heard the bikes rather then the music.

Ridingwith the tech screws was amaizingly good on my old 250, I couldn't imagine the difference with those spikes!
Traction is actually better than good rubber on dry pavement! The fact the spikes can dig in to the ice is a big advantage! I am pretty sure those spikes are in there solid as the tires are ussually sold with the spike installed and they are bolted through the treads.
