I seem to have lost the PM about what kind of "tie downs" (spelling?) I have to get in order to safely secure my bike in SprintPoser's van (he can't put it on his trailer so he said he would attach it in his van). I'm heading out later, to get that stuff, I lost the PM telling me which size to buy, I ride a 250....
The person told me to get this at Walmart? Anywhere else I can get this? Walmart is kinda of far from home...(Pep Boys, Auto Zone, Target??)

I know I'm not anybody you wanted to hear from..... but I can try to help, maybe he mentioned Rachet Straps? Or perhaps canyon dancers? However the canyon dancers they may only have at bike shops... but probably the ratchet straps (ratchet tie-downs), i got mine at home depot. Although I could be way off, because I have no idea how he may secure the bikes in the van..... but hope this helped!

I wouldn't bother with Ratchets for your 250.
Just buy a 4-pack of regular tie downs at Walmart or Home Depot.
They will probably be yellow or red and have a single release mechanism.
Just pull them tight and tie the excess in a knot and they can't release.
Total bill should be under $30 for decent ones.
I use heavy duty ratchet ones for the Goldwing, but just standard type for dirt bikes, racebikes, etc.
