i have a rc51 and was wondering which will be the most comfortable. I mostly sport tour with it and the stockers are cutting it anymore i went with a corbin seat and that made a huge improvement for my lower back and arse.

Friend: man riding this really hurts my balls
Me: Well you're not supposed to sit on your balls!
I got these a while back, http://www.speedzilla.com/forums/hon...available.html definitely better than stock. The guy that made them is saying he'll be making another batch soon?
jbmass, any idea if those Gilles bars require modding the upper fairing?

If you could find a set of Helibars, that would likely be your best bet. It doesn't look like they are still made new, but it couldn't hurt to contact them and find out. If not I'm sure a used set would pop up eventually.
I'm not sure, they can be adjusted so many ways though. Almost bought the same ones for my TLR

Hmmmmm, make an RC51 more comfotable?
ST1300, FJR1300, or wunna them ugly BMW's.... Thats about the only way. I had an RC51 for 6 years. Incredible machine, but it is a torture rack of pain.
If you're in the mood for supporting small local companies, Woodcraft now makes riser clip-ons up to 3 inches.

I looked at the woodcrafts ones and I liked the look of them. I'm planning a big ride next year with a few buddies and wanted to get it as comfortable as I can or leave it be and buy a nice used vfr and be all set for touring
