i'm bummed it's gonna rain. i'm probably not gonna head up there to watch unless the forecast clears up.... looks like it's clearing up a little for Sunday though. i'm keepin my fingers crossed

I'm driving up there tomorrow.
I'm meeting up with R7 to grab some tires and watch a few races while I'm there.
Yeah I'm not planning on riding due to the forecast.
If it does clear up though shoot me a PM for Sunday.
I'll already have bought a bracelet and its a decent Sunday ride up to Loudon.

I'm doing the Penguin class next month May 13th.

hmm... i may drive up tomorrow, but not likely. Sunday I might.

and if you're askin me if i'm doin the school myself, i'd love to, but not this year... maybe in another year or two. i'm still new to riding w/ less than 10k miles under my belt & only three track days. i doubt i'd be comfortable enough to do a rookie race.

I'm sure that you would do just fine. All you have to do to get your racing license is get through the complete day of classroom and track instruction and do a three lap rookie race, the next day, without crashing. I did my rookie race in the rain. The butterflies that are in your stomach on the starting line are CRAZY. But as soon as the flag drops, you forget all about them. 40++ bikes driving into turn one..............oooooooooohhhhhhhhh I miss it sssssoooo much.

As of now i plan on taking the advanced class the same day you're doing the penguin. If you need some help getting set up, feel free to ask
