I'm curious, what exactly is illegal about doing stunts in a parking lot? Its not like you are speeding or endangering anyone. If anything, I guess it could be considered loitering.....

Anyone received a ticket for this sort of thing? What was it for?

I'm not a stunt rider but I believe the issue is just whether or not the property owner is allowing you to be in the parking lot... if they said you can't stunt in the parking lot then the police can maybe get you for trespassing/loitering/whatever.

It is just like it is not illegal to ride 150mph on a private track or do wheelies and 50ft jumps on your dirtbike in the woods.

Awhile back nefarious posted pics of him and a buddy draggin' knees in a parking lot with cops parked right there watching them. I think they asked if it was ok and the cops were like 'whatever'.

pretty sure it has to do with it not being your property cause you can sue the owner of the land if you get hurt. shitty thing to do but you should know all about that lawbitch
