I'm not sure those cops handled things right. If the one cop knew there was a bike coming that fast he should have been pulled over with his lights flashing to slow the guy down not waiting in the dark with his radar gun to screw somebody. And how fast was the cop driving to catch up to the guy at the light. Crooked cops trying to get their name in the paper and be heroes.
