    Decibel readings

    Just dug out a old digi decibel meter I had kicking around in the garage.I was just wondering how to properly take a reading of my exaust for both racing and general operation?
    What are the DB levels in MA for general operation?

    I believe it is supposed to be no louder than 85db at 1 meter. Actual EPA standard. It may say it on an orginal exhaust, if anyone has one hanging around.

    well its a real small unit so ill keep it in the tank bag so as I meet you guys we can test our pipes!

    Cool! I'd like to know what I'm pushing! I think I read somewhere my Yosh cans are rated @ 96, and still legal...maybe.
