sv650 1st gen tuning south eastern ma

I been messing with the carbs and its decent . But on hot days it runs a bit rich and its a bit lumppy. Does not rev up fast .
i have messed with it enough.

i want a professional to look at this and tune it right so i can just ride .i am south eastern mass any recommendation?.
