BIKE STOLEN!!HELP!!

I CANT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED..I JUST GOT BACK FROM A CLASS TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT..AND MY BROTHER NOTICED MY BIKE WASNT THERE....IT GOT STOLEN SOMETIME LAST NIGHT...ITS A 05 BLACK/RED SUZUKI GSXR.....JUST BOUGHT IT LAST SUMMER...SAVED UP SO MUCH MONEY TO BUY THIS THING AND ITS GONE....STOLEN FROM LOWELL.......IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING PLEASE HELP!!!

Sorry to hear. Consider the bike gone, the chances of you ever seeing it again are slim to none. File the insurance and be done with it.

Thanks for the support guys..it was stolen from the garage...its an open garage because the door doesnt work..but my brothers truck and two old dryers was blocking it...plus my brothers kawi was right next to it...it was hard for them to take out...but unfortunatly they succeeded....does anyone know how long it will take before I get notice of any money thats coming my way? Im gonna start looking for another bike soon...

SOrry for your loss. It will be 30 days before the insurance company will issue you a check. They wait to make sure the bike is not recovered. From your standpoint though, consider it gone.

My '01 R6 was stolen out of my driveway years ago, FBI found it 6 months later chopped up in a container ship at a port in NJ...Your bike is long gone IMO...Insurance paid about three or four weeks later...I bought an R1 after a week, figured there was no way it was turning up...Expect to get www.nada.com retail for your bike...minus deductible...

That sucks man. I remember getting my car stolen from my parents driveway when I lived at home. Make sure you tell the Ins. Co that you just had the exhaust put on. They should cover most of that and any other aftermarket parts. They covered most of the cost of the parts on my ZX-9 when I totaled it.

On a side note...My friend is selling his 06 R6. It has 700 miles. The stripes are still on the tires. It's got a slip-on, some carbon bits and some bling. I think he's asking 8K.

Sorry to hear about the bike, I went thru the same thing a year or so ago. Bike got stolen in Lowell too, I felt like shit. Get your insurance money (don't settle for the first offer they make, try to get more) and get another one, Take advantage of the off season prices.
