    I've seen that before. I REALLY hope that is a picture of his first "ride" on that bike and that not much later he ended himself and that atrocity into a bridge or off a very very steep cliff.

    I am pretty certain he would get pulled over immediately if he was riding that thing around here. Those bars, at the very least, are well beyond what is legal.

    Are those stacked handlebar risers? If so that would mean that he had the bars bent up and mounted, thought "nope, I can still kinda reach the grips" and then raised them up another 6" or so?
