Its different though, deffinitly unique. I would never ride it, but it is nice to see something different. At least it isnt a chromed out stretched busa with a huge back tire and LED's

If you went to bike night last night you would have seen it.
The back tire is hard to miss.

It's really unique and I think there could be a market for it.
If I had to spend $20k on a bike it wouldn't be on that.
Probably go for a K1200R Bimmer and save the difference

Taking a picture is front of a lake is one thing but

didn't see you last night. i sat on the rail by water till 9:30. they still have about 3 or races to make when i left. took them so long to setup for each race.

yea weak... that thing only shows 160hp on the machine. guy ran against a previous gen custom gixxa. tire size is 350 i think is what they say. the new gsxr 1000 makes 170hp. damn!

that machine was registering rear wheel horsepower not crankshaft horsepower. That machine (dyno) seemed to be a little off anyway.

Gixxers are over 170 and the Busa's are @ 206 with a PC, Filter and exhaust.....and that sled is a Kawi thats why its so weak...

That has to be the best looking zx-14 Ive seen yet. It is one of the ugliest stock bikes built. I think the guy did an awesome job and I wish I could make bike nights to see it.

yeah tj, that was the crazy orange zx14 that was at the last bike night i went to, when the 929 fell on the busa, lol.

right... little off... so the this yr's gixxa 1000 makes little more than 170 then according to that machine? he ran 3 times and it's the same and yes i believe so, the machine is splitting out hp at the wheel. that big wheel isn't helping either i dont think. at least the number is compare on the same machine.

I remember that too. The guy had no idea when to switch gears.
I think that the custom job was not that bad. If the guy hand built it, its pretty decent.

When I go fishing, I only put one worm on the hook.
It's a FOR SALE advertisement, not an entry into a bike building contest. Do you really think someone will buy the bike after seeing 20 pictures of it? No sir. They will eventually come to see the bike in person. And by taking one look at the one picture that this seller has for sale, you should be able to tell whether or not you have even a remotely serious interest in purchasing the bike.

the reason why it dyno'd that low is because of the extended swingarm, the longer the chain the worse the numbers are.

it's definitely an interesting bike, eye-catching when you see it in person. Too bad the guy can't drag for shit, I don't think anyone ever told him you pull the clutch in, lift up with your left toe on the shifter lever, and release the clutch to shift.

It was just sad watching him try to race his buddy (green custom gsxr 1000) on the Geico dynodrag truck

i think he knows howto do it. it's just weak. other people on there weren't doing it like the pro either and they came out about right for their bike.
