It's income tax time and I want some new gear for this season. I'm all set with helmets for another year or 2 as both my Arai's are still in date and in new condition.
I just ordered a set of SiDi Voritce boots in Black w/red bits on themfrom the local dealer today, and I think when they come in, I may just grab a set of A* Tech10 MX boots as well for offroad or Sm rides. I hate to spend that much on boots, but my last set of Sidi boots are 10 years old so i can't complain there. MX boots only seem to last me 2 seasons before they get a little nasty so my thought is maybe a better quality boot like the Tech10 will last twice as long? My current MX boots of A* Tech6. That covers the feet.
Any tips on buying a new Dainese 2 piece? Where, what to look for, etc? I've looked on Ebay and didn't see much that I liked. Looking for red/black color combo with no white, size 44 US, 54 Euro. I know a 42/52 would fit me but they may be snug in some areas...and I don't see myself getting any thinner in the near future. 5'10", 185lbs, 33/33 pants, sizing seem Ok? I'm also thinking non perforated as most of my riding is early or late in the day, and if it's to hot I don't wear it anyways
Any thoughts on where I can look at, try on and buy some Dainese?![]()
Yamaha
Motomarket and Vanson Leathers in Fall River are great people to do business with. Vanson are not Dianese but are the best American made suit there is. Paul at MotoMarket is a racer and is a very good guy to deal with and has a awesome store that is worth a trip just in itself. He has nothing but quality stuff.
Another good option is to come up to the track and check out Street and Competition's selection of suits in tax free nh. Try some on. No Dianese though. He has suits from 500 to big $$.
Thanks for the advice but my mind is set on Dainese![]()
