    Thanks BostonMoto

I usually just post stupid questions about mechanical work I do to my SV650S but I wanted to give a shout out to the boys and girls of BostonMoto. Had a FANTASTIC track day today and while I shouldn't have (unpaid vacation day made this one uber expensive compared to normal) it was worth it. No frills and unless you think "frills" is track time. Thanks guys!!!

I had to split uber quick as we were hosting dinner for friends here in Cambridge tonight. I got out of the shwoer 2 minutes before the doorbell which didn't thrill my lovely and tolerant wife BUT it did count as success.

    Gnight,
    Dave

PS (My Pirellis were bitchin as usual)

Likewise Ned (I hope I got that right)!

I'm gettting close to getting my confidence back but I am still dogging it a bit after that fall last month. Brain won't let bike lean as much as it used to and some turns I pick up the throttle to maintain but don't really open it until too late. Only a little frustrating though as it's actually fun to learn the stuff over again. I love the learning new stuff part.

I'm bottoming forks and 3, 10, and into 1... I better check in with Kates.

Dave, I didn't get to catch up with you after I was following you at the end of the day. I have a few notes. We'll chat about it at darts tonight (assuming you're going?). Good riding dude!

Yeah CEO, I should be at darts tonight unless work issues pop up that I have to deal with. I was trying to listen and leave people room as I'm not comfortable (or particularly happy with) the close passes others were yesterday... I just leave lots of room and slow down to make it uber easy for them to get by. That is why I was waiting for you as I didn't know it was you. Look forward to your observations as I am feeling pretty good and getting back close to my old self except getting on the gas, especially in 6 as that speedy dry had me nervous.

GixxerJock, are you the guy who was on one of the two matching paint and sticker scheme Gixxers? That thing sounds FANTASTIC and I wish I could have stayed behind you for more than a few seconds just to listen. I also liked one of the Ducatis which sounded really nice even though not as loud.

That you on the blue SV with blue painters tape in the C Group? If so you were going well out there.

Nope... That was Kitt on one of the MotoAddiction bikes. And yea, it sounds awesome.

I was on the red/black SV, #149. You might not have seen much of me. I know that you were riding in the advanced group. I was only out for 1 or 2 sessions in your group.

Yeah, the bright blue SV with factory chin fairing and blue painter's tape is me out there. For the most part I don't remember who I saw on the track as I'm really poor at identifying bikes while out there.

I remember the red and black SV... as usual there were a lot of them. I saw one of the copper colored ones that looked pretty stock in a different group too but I don't think I met the rider.
