    Question Tires for track day

    I want to get rid of my MEZ4s before the track day.

    Any recommendations? I just called GBM and asked if they had M-1s or BT-010s and the girl (who races in the amateur class up at loudon) immediately shot me down and said I should get Dunlops or Michelins...

    She said she'd call back with some suggestions... still waiting.

    I was going to check the AZMC Tire guy too since he was really quick and convenient last year.

    Tires for track day

    I have run Michelin Pilot Sports on track days and they have been awesome!! I would go with Dunlops of Michelins.

    Tires for track day

    I ran BT010s with 4k miles on them last year and they were fine, never slipped once. My new set of BT010s should be here tomorrow. Now I just gotta scuff em up before track day.

    Tires for track day

    I've been running M1s on my SV, they work fine for the track. I have no problem getting a knee down. $202 shipped from Discount Motorcycle Tire .com.
