How does he know a cager saw it? Was the cager supposed to pull over...run into the middle of 93 to retrieve it...then chase him down to return it? The NERVE of some cagers!

I think more of what he was trying to say is that there was traffic. Someone could have gotten next to him and tooted the horn or something. I would do it for somebody.
