Ryno, looks like you can charge $$$ for a yosh box redo!
MY PCII has timing feature disabled, so I'll be going back to that unit again.
Once she's back together, I'll head up to your neck of the woods...haven't seen you in a while...

    BTW...2 KIDS????
It seems that you just got married....Time flies huh?

My daughter is ready to get her hands on my bike!
I told her to stick with the Funny Car crew member thing, and keep her feet on the ground!
Time does fly. I've been married almost five years.
Got a 3 year old and a newborn. Not much free time these days.

Stock SV1k is good for about 105-107 hp
BMC airfilter, M4 or Yosh 2 into 1, with your head clearance sucked up to .9mm
will get you about 10 more...next step is 2mm larger intake valves, '05 flywheel (stator), and 54mm TB's, JHS cams, and hi comp pistons to compensate.
Now you'll get into the mid 120's to 130hp. Some other head work is involved, but kiss your midrange goodbye. Oh, I almost forgot, toss the stock ECU, and go with a Motec system...will allow for higher revs = more HP. Then you won't need the powercommander.

Stock TLR is good for 114 hp
Responds well to the BMC, Yosh pipes, airbox mods, and Powercommander.
My 1st set up yielded 121 hp.
With the head clearance set, and port clean up. Set the cams at 105 degree centers, and soft limiter bypassed, added another 500 rpm's and went to almost 128 hp. My latest screwing around should net over 130.

You think she'll hold together long term if you end up using the extra RPM's, Tillerman? You know.. trackdays and such.

K&N flows the same as stock filter. it just allows you to clean and use.
BMC flows better...2 hp increase on a TLR! I have the F1 race filter, and I'm not sure if you can get them anymore...
